Mike, We greatly apologize if your wife feels that the services provided were not adequately explained, that is totally on us and our Service Advisors. Rest assured that on your April visit we provided standard maintenance services that your higher mileage vehicle needed. Filter change, oil change, brake pads and resurfacing rotors, rotate tires, alignment... these are all standard maintenance items that were required for safety and performance of your vehicle.
