My ultimate customer experience from the time I arrived at the service department will always be a memorable one for me and my son. Monica welcomed us with a friendly smile and took our vehicle details and she introduced us to our service writer Adan. Once all the information was relayed to Adan we were all checked in briefly. Everything that we needed done was wrote in a repair order and the prices were explained and the work would be done to OEM specifications. From beginning to end every detail was covered and nothing was left out. The Superb and quality workmanship was self evident. Although, there were technical software issues associated from flashing my new key fob and key reprogram. It was due to glitches within the procedures associated with downloading the software. Joel was able to work out a solution while working diligently with Subaru Corporate to resolve the technical issue that was affecting the reflashing of the new key fob. The Can Do spirit and perseverance displayed from the Team under these unusual cirmumstances involved is a true testament of my Customer Satisfaction. The dedication to do a job well done was crystal clear and these folks ensured that my customer experience would be a great one no matter the difficulties they had to go through. Truly this is the best Subaru Service Department I have ever visited to service my Subaru. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Well done!!! More
I just purchased a NEW 2024 Subaru Impreza at Summit Subaru El Cajon. I had a bad experience at a dealership in Glendale. I reached out to Summit Subaru El Cajon, and I’m so happy I did! This dealer provided an online price and when we went to the dealership there were approx $2000 in "add ons" not advertised in the online price. Not willing to negotiate an all cash deal with us. There was also a chip in the windshield hidden by the windshield wiper and after only 3 days of having the car we have a huge crack in the windshield and the General manager has told us they won't offer any compensation towards a new replacement windshield. We had to call multiple times to get all of the documents for the vehicle including the limited warranty and information on the add ons. We also have to spend $400+ for a spare key, dealership not willing to look for the spare key "they say they don't have one". Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, customer service lack of caring is beyond. More
