My Outback became inoperable due to a faulty thermal sensor & I had to get it towed to the Summet Subaru in El Cajon. The repair was under warranty & there was no charge to me for the repair. The only cost to me was for the tow charge & thanks to the staff at Summit contacting Subaru of America, Subaru agreed to help absorb some of the towing cost due to the unusual circumstance of the distance involved. The vehicle was repaired within a day & Sam kept me informed of the progress from beginning to end. Madison kept me informed of her initial communications with Subaru of America which I feel was instrumental in Subaru offering in assist me. I have nothing but gratitude & praise for Summit & Subaru. The service could not have been any better. More

Poor service from service advisor Sam and service manager .All with in there 90 day power train warranty. I had to point out the exhaust leak they told I was hearing the motor roar and gave right and left side exhaust manifolds cracked in half . Poor dealership don’t buy from here ….!!!!!
