The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star rating was the facial expressions, and wasn't shown more then one vehicle. I was under a great deal of anxiety regarding this process, and when asked questions the negative facial expressions didn't help the feeling much. After expressing this he changed the tone and things went smoother. Overall a friendly atmosphere. More

So when I ran into a series of unfortunate events, I was disheartened when I walked into Summit Place thinking I would either be turned down or have a similar experience to what I had before--That was certainly not the case. Adam immediately noticed my discouragement and reassured me he'd do everything he could to help me out. I came totally unprepared, and he was patient with me while I gathered the necessary paperwork needed. I left that day with a 2017 Kia Forte.
