Not happy. I am so tired of hearing Rich Lalonde on the radio every 5 minutes talking about how he can help you get a car with bad credit.....I had an experience I am so tired of hearing Rich Lalonde on the radio every 5 minutes talking about how he can help you get a car with bad credit.....I had an experience I wasn't very happy with ~~ assurance over the phone that we can work out a deal only to find the payment I was comfortable had doubled and down payment went from zero to 1700.00. Not too happy about driving 45 minutes each way to spend 2 hours there for nothing. Especially after I had disclosed my issues to the dealer over the phone. I emailed 2 different email addresses at KIA about my experience and never got a response. They say they can deal with trades that have more owed than they are worth....Yeah, they told me to turn it into the bank, as if it wouldnt hurt my credit rating even more. Anything to make a sale. I get angry every time I hear that commercial. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THEY PUT 12 HARD INQUIRES ON MY CREDIT REPORT. Those take a long time to be removed and hurt your score big time..... More
