I bought a brand new car with 5 miles on it. And when I tell you this is the worst experience ever. I hate I bought the car. Do not buy from these people I’m having nothing but problems. First the check en tell you this is the worst experience ever. I hate I bought the car. Do not buy from these people I’m having nothing but problems. First the check engine light was on and the car wouldn’t accelerate. They told me it was a motor mount they could fix it the next day. Next day get here and they wrong part was ordered. So I had to go another 2 days without my car. They placed me in Kia Soul I’m 6ft 2in I was crammed in that thing. I go outside the next morning and the tire was flat. So I put air in it. Get half way down the street from the gas station and the tire light comes back on and the tire is rapidly loosing air. So I go back to the dealership and they made me sit to see if they could fix the tire. Another inconvenience. Then finally after a hour they put me in another car. Now today I take the car back now 6 months old because the trunk won’t stay closed. They tell me that it’s going to take a hour and a half for someone to look at it. Then they call me and say that the have to order the part. I asked the man well what you guys gone do as far as transportation. The man tells me they don’t have any loaner cars. And that I can just drive it like that. He told me I not him I could tie a string down on it so it don’t open. Who wants string on their brand new car? Who wants to ride around with their trunk open? I can’t go anywhere like that. So I call corporate and the only option they have is for me to go rent a vehicle and pay for it up front and they’ll reimburse me my money after my car is fixed. Why do I have to come out my pocket for anything when I bought a brand new car for a piece of mind? DON’T BUY A KIA YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!!! More
