They were willing to haggle our trade-in price, which gave me the feeling that we were a bit in control of the price, even if it was just an illusion, lol. People were friendly as soon as we arrived, something that seems rare these days. We've been looking for a car since before the pandemic. On our short list were the Kia Telluride, the Buick Enclave, the Mazda CX-9, and the Land Rover Discovery Sport. We'd been test driving for a long time, but both my husband and I, loved the look and feel of the Telluride. Two weekends ago we went to the Kia dealership in Washington Township, because we saw they had two Tellurides. We were so excited about finally being able to take one for a spin. When we returned from the test drive, the salesman stated that we would be paying sticker price no matter what. I hadn't even gotten out of the car yet. This upset me and my husband and I left. It may be one of the hottest SUVs in the country right now, but that doesn't mean people should be rude. We won't be going back to that dealership. I have to say I'm happy with their treatment though, only because I had my eye on the dark moss, and had that salesman been polite, I would be in a black one instead. My husband and I had the opposite experience with Summit Place Kia East. They were everything they needed to be in order for our purchase to go smooth and stay exciting every step of the way. If Kia keeps putting out the quality they have been, we will be customers for many years to come. More
