It was a very rainy day, and I desperately needed a new car First I would like to acknowledge the overall experience was nothing less than perfection! It was a very rainy day, and I desperately needed a new car. The car that I had previously stopped working and it would have cost more than the car was worth to fix. Typically, no big deal if you have amazing credit. My credit was as Tony delicately put it "bruised". My expectation for leaving that dealership was: 1.) an older car in the 2012-2015 range, or 2.) no car at all. My results were; I left in a BRAND NEW 2019 (I got my new car in 2018) Kia SOUL!!! When I say it was a miracle process, it truly was... I had no idea that I would be so blessed as to meet a Salesman who GENUINELY put my needs first. He went back and forth with all the banks to make sure I left with something not only affordable, but reliable and NEW. Tony did not make me feel judged or ashamed of my credit which was a FICO of 501. When I say that this man will make you feel like family, and you feel taken care of.... It is without a question he is the ONLY Salesman I would ever deal with. Not only did Tony take care of the big things like the monthly cost of the car, and making sure we had something new and reliable; He also took care of the little things, the coffee was fresh, he greeted me and my fiancé right away, and was even accommodating to my 2 year old niece throughout the visit. I test drove the vehicle and the gas was at E and after I purchased the car, the gas tank was full AND he threw in my first oil change for free!!! This was the most amazing day!!! I cried from happiness driving off of the lot. I will forever be so grateful to you Tony!!! I wish I could give him a Gold Star Rating as well!!! There would never be enough stars to give him!!! A humble grounded man with good morals. Thanks again!!!! More

Great car buying experience I visited Summit Place Kia partially due to their incessant commercials on the radio that get stuck in my head, and partially because I was in a posit I visited Summit Place Kia partially due to their incessant commercials on the radio that get stuck in my head, and partially because I was in a position with my then-current vehicle that didn’t leave me with many options. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly by who would be my salesman, Matt. He interviewed me to figure out what I wanted and where I wanted my payment to be. He was very thorough in this and I appreciate it. With how underwater I was on my then-current car, I didn’t have many options. However, Matt and the finance team figured out that I could lease a Forte. I was originally showed an SX base model which was more or less for demonstration purposes. I liked it, but for what I’d be paying every month, I couldn’t get on board with a base model Ultimately, we decided on Deep Sea Blue S model with basically all the options I wanted. Financing went through almost flawlessly, and I was on my way. I really want to thank Matt for his help, I really appreciate it. More
