Routine oil change Service department (express) does a nice job with the oil change. To get that 5 star rating I would suggest hiring a few more employees so you can ut Service department (express) does a nice job with the oil change. I had a local dealer xxxxx the repairs and called Sean Smith whom immediately said to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it. Sean had a really nice loaner car ready for me and when I picked my truck up a couple of days later it was not only fixed, it was washed and clean on the inside! The dealership paid for my repairs and my truck is running better than ever. I can't be more happy with how Sean handled the situation. It is easy for a dealership to take care of you during a sale, however I didn't realize how well Sean and the entire staff at Summit would take care of me after the purchase! More
