Good service experience Our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country was making a howling/whining noise in the front, so since it still has the powertrain warranty, we returned to Summit Our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country was making a howling/whining noise in the front, so since it still has the powertrain warranty, we returned to Summit for an evaluation. The RF wheel bearing was starting to fail, and had to be replaced. Tim (Service Manager) informed me that they were booked for the day but could maybe fit it in late afternoon. About 2 hours after arrival, they had the problem diagnosed and repaired. While I was disappointed in the quality of the vehicle, and that the repair was not covered under warranty-the Service staff did a great job of promptly addressing the issue. They showed me the failed part when picking up the vehicle-as requested, and everyone was very friendly. Nice job! Bob More

The service desk person came and got me when it was finished. They washed my car and reset the clock which I had forgotten how to set when daylight savings time came into effect. The same man who let me into the garage went and drove my car up so I would not get wet. A pleasant experience. do not know anything about oil changes so I can't comment on that. More
