They have an excellent waiting area for customers with snacks, TV and even Wi-Fi stations for those who need. My husband worked for Chrysler for many years so I've been to many dealerships. This is by far one of the best I've ever been in. I had a couple of complaints, thus my rating of 4 stars, however I know that no place is perfect and this is by far one of the best in the state. In fact, I drive 90 minutes one way every time I go there... that should say something! I highly recommend Summit Automotive! More

Weekend dilema Was in Fond Du Lac on Saturday and my exhaust fluid empty would not reset after adding 2.5 gallons the night before. Stopped in to Summit and all mechanics were done working by noon so they gave me a loaner car until they could look at it on Monday. Then they addressed the issue along with changing my oil. Couldn't believe it! I had a water pump failure on the way home from work on a Friday afternoon. C I stopped at Summit automotive around 3:30pm. The dealership quickly diagnosed / confirmed the problem and started work on my Jeep the same day! Unreal, talk about going above and beyond! I couldn't believe they made time for me and this type of repair. My Jeep was ready by 10:30am on Saturday morning. I couldn't have been happier.
