Couldn't believe it! I had a water pump failure on the way home from work on a Friday afternoon. C I stopped at Summit automotive around 3:30pm. The dealership quickly diagnosed / confirmed the problem and started work on my Jeep the same day! Unreal, talk about going above and beyond! I couldn't believe they made time for me and this type of repair. My Jeep was ready by 10:30am on Saturday morning. I couldn't have been happier. Face to Face service sucks. I gicve 3 stars because the actual mechanical service and prompt time it was done was great. When I came to get the vehicle I was ignored by the serv I gicve 3 stars because the actual mechanical service and prompt time it was done was great. When I came to get the vehicle I was ignored by the service people behind the counter. When I spoke up and asked to be served I was greeted with an attitude of just wait I am busy. Maybe more time learning how to interact with people instead of your computer would improve your rating. What a shame that a nice clean shop that provided quick service will not be visited again due to poor service people behind the counter. More
