They were well informed and thoroughly explained all the steps they were taking. Their methodical approach ensured that unnecessary repairs were not done. This was in total contrast to another dealership that wanted me to spend over $1,200 for replacement parts they claimed were not under warranty. Ex.: I was asked how many fuel filters were in my truck - I had no idea because I don’t work on my truck and his response was “really - don’t know?” and walked away. I’m questioning if I will return in the future. I have dealt with parts employee and she was great. I also just purchased a new vehicle from Tim V. and he was great also. More
