Horrible customer service with manager and assistsnt!! My car died and I smelled burning wires. I was able to pull it into a jail trip. I called my husband and he thought it was the battery. We bought a new one and he installed it and I instantly started to smell the burning smell. He unhooked it and we decided to call this dealership because it was close. Bad idea. Should have taken it to Sheboygan Chrysler where they treat people with respect. There were recalls on the Dodge Chargers and they were starting on fire. I had a bumper to bumper warranty and in hindsight should have taken it to Sheboygan & wouldn't have bought battery. The asst manager wanted to charge me to get the new battery out ad they couldn't in lack the trunk! Idiots. I was able to crawl into the trunk and pull a lever on the inside. Told him I wouldn't pay for it and asked to speak to the manager! She was worse then him! I will never go back. Awful people and worse customer service!!! More

My husband called and they said “well we didn’t do anything with that” My husband then told him it wasn’t like that before we took it in for he repairs. Amazing!! I ordered new wheels for my jeep wrangler. First, lori assisted me with looking through the website I decided on. When the wrong wheels were del I ordered new wheels for my jeep wrangler. First, lori assisted me with looking through the website I decided on. When the wrong wheels were delivered, parts and service worked together to make sure the old were sent back. Service appointments had to be changed due to this. Everyone I encountered was very accommodating as to make sure this happened. Summit is top notch!!! More
