Routine oil change and multipoint inspection - fast and efficient. All questions answered. I was surprised at the cost ($75 vs the $35 on my previous car) but Jace explained is was because of the synthetic efficient. All questions answered. Review is reduced to one star because the mask mandate wasn't being followed in this dealership. The lack of masking made me disappointed and uncomfortable. I almost walked out. My wife and I both are required to mask in our workplaces. Our kids are required to mask in school. Why isn't the mask mandate being followed by the employees of this dealership? We are still in the middle of a pandemic. Do your part, set an example, and help our community get through this pandemic. I understand that you can't "make" your customers mask up, but you can and ought to require it from your employees. More
I got an oil change and the employees did not reinstall my skid plate correctly so as I drove down the road it was dragging and catching on the road. Then when I took it in for them to repair they used the my skid plate correctly so as I drove down the road it was dragging and catching on the road. Then when I took it in for them to repair they used the wrong hardware so the bolt head was 1/4 inch from being seating correctly to hold the plastic piece in place More
