Bought my Rubicon from another dealership and needed work done after 4 days of ownership. The team at Griffin were great. They keep me informed and got the service covered under the warranty. They did need to keep it over night and did not have a rental for me. Thankfully the rental company the warranty works with allowed me to leave the rental when my Rubicon was ready. More

Charged for 3 hours of labor to install a trailer receiver hitch and wiring that was completed in 2 hours. When I questioned why I was being charged an extra hour of labor I was told that this servi receiver hitch and wiring that was completed in 2 hours. When I questioned why I was being charged an extra hour of labor I was told that this service normally is billed as 3 hours of labor to complete but I was "lucky" to get a fast technician who has done this service several times and was very good at it. I was than told that had I had another technician I probably would of had to wait the 3 hours for the service to be completed. Mary @ Summit Automative informed me that the benefit to me was the fact that I did not have to wait the 3 hours. I would of rather of had my $80/labor refunded which I feel is fully taking advantage of the customer not to mention fraud for an hour of service that was never done. I will be talking to Chrysler about this situation as I feel you are taking advantage of customers by using your better technicians to complete service based on the work by your slower technicians and charging for labor based on your slower technicians. More
After oil change car was washed. Terrible job. Huge area on both sides was missed. It was" complimentary" so I got what I paid for. Surprised someone didn't look at it and correct it.
