We test drove a Durango, decided we liked it but the one we wanted was still in transit. We were in a lease in our current vehicle so it had to be sold back to a Chevy dealership, so later that day we sold it to a dealership in Oshkosh. Ryan then sent someone to come pick us up from the dealership and bring us back to our house in Waupun! Then the next week, we were borrowing my parents vehicle and the Durango came in, however we didn’t get into it as soon as we hoped. They then sent people to our house to drop off a loaner vehicle until we could come pick it up! They actually care about their customers, which is not all that common anymore nowadays. They are so personable and make you feel so welcomed and answer any questions you might have. Summit is the only place we will be doing business from now on! More

First, Summit had my Jeep for three weeks, in the three weeks they had my vehicle I (Miranda, the owner) only got one call, the initial call to tell me that they found something wrong and needed a part. No weeks they had my vehicle I (Miranda, the owner) only got one call, the initial call to tell me that they found something wrong and needed a part. Not once did they call again to tell me that the part kept getting pushed back on delivery dates. No "update" calls. Just me in limbo waiting, I called every few days for an update, and it seemed no one ever knew what was going on, especially when I called and they told me that the woman that was handling my account "was no longer with us". I was on hold for a very long time for them to even find me no information. When I was FINALLY able to pick my vehicle up, they had zero paperwork ready for me and stated that they would send it in the mail and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY, and my center council inside my Jeep was still torn apart. I did not notice that until I got home and the service center was closed. By far the worse service center experience I have ever uncountered. I am currently starting my search for my next Jeep and was considering Summit but am strongly thinking about going elsewhere again due to this experience. More
