I asked Chris to find me my "dream" jeep Renegade and he did. The whole process was friendly and effecient. I loved being able to almost do the entire deal through text message. My only complaint is that I didn't know my brand new car didn't come with a donut tire in case I have a flat (I assumed it would be under the car like it was with my jeep Liberty which I traded in) - otherwise I would have investigated my options to rectify that with my purchase. Matt and Chris were very prompt on pricing and made sure we received the best deal. During the Covid 19 Pandemic they made sure to care for the safety of our child and our family. Matt the General Manager delivered our new vehicle to our house with paperwork in hand so we did not have to have any personal contact. The truck was sanitized and ready to drive. We were very impressed by this. We are proud to be part of the Summit Family!! I love my new 2020 Durango RT - Thanks guys!! More

Incredible services at all levels. Tried to purchase a vehicle here a year ago for my mother who has mobility issues. The staff went out of their way to bring vehicles to us at the deal Tried to purchase a vehicle here a year ago for my mother who has mobility issues. The staff went out of their way to bring vehicles to us at the dealership door so my mother didn't have to walk too far to view vehicles. After at least a half dozen vehicles we left only due to height/mobility issues for my mother versus the vehicles. A year later I was in the market for a new truck, Brad, Ryan and everyone at the dealership were very accommodating to help me build and purchase the exact vehicle I wanted. 2020 Ram which I love. I live out of state and could have purchased in my home state but due to the level of service provided to my mother a year prior, I purchased from Summit. Highly recommend this entire group. More
