I purchased a new Pacifica with the help of Michael. He is very knowledgable of the van. There were some glitches with rebates which I though were resolved, and we signed an agreement. We were very disappointed and this soured our feelings regarding the purchase. The interest rate for financing was considerably higher than we had discussed. They were also supposed to clean some stains on the seats and ceiling and they didn't do a proper job. We were told we had to drive back to the dealership (1 1/2 hour drive) and they could finish the cleaning or we should use the insurance we purchased. This dealership doesn't seem to want to help correct things that shouldn't be a problem. It seemed like we would of been treated better dealing with a private party. More
