I found the truck on Autotrader. I tried to contact twice through the chat deal which didn't get me anywhere and was frustrating. Well, I saw a car I wanted on on Autotrader. Didn't even really consider that car until I watched the 9 minute detailed video of all of the features that was on Autotrader. The price was posted. The next morning, I stopped in. Ben had the car pulled out front for me and the keys waiting at his desk. We looked the car over and he told me to take a spin. By the time I got back, they had a quote for my trade-in as well as some finance options. They were low on the trade-in offer but were able to work to get me a low APR on a 5 year loan. They have a policy to NOT haggle over price so there was really no pressure. I just had to decide if I wanted to spend the money on that vehicle. I was offered plenty of time at Ben's desk to think, work out numbers, and call my wife. Again, no pressure. In the end, I bought the vehicle and I love it. I came in to talk with Kraig to see what they had for new Jeeps on October15th and 2 days later I came back to pick up my new Jeep.
