I feel they could di a better job of scheduling to get the work done. My vehicle was there for 3.5 weeks before completed and parts were in within 2 days. I live a long way from Wisconsin so we did most of the deal over the phone and e-mail. The deal was easy to set up. I flew in spent less than an hour at the dealership and headed home.
