First, Summit had my Jeep for three weeks, in the three weeks they had my vehicle I (Miranda, the owner) only got one call, the initial call to tell me that they found something wrong and needed a part. No weeks they had my vehicle I (Miranda, the owner) only got one call, the initial call to tell me that they found something wrong and needed a part. Not once did they call again to tell me that the part kept getting pushed back on delivery dates. No "update" calls. Just me in limbo waiting, I called every few days for an update, and it seemed no one ever knew what was going on, especially when I called and they told me that the woman that was handling my account "was no longer with us". I was on hold for a very long time for them to even find me no information. When I was FINALLY able to pick my vehicle up, they had zero paperwork ready for me and stated that they would send it in the mail and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY, and my center council inside my Jeep was still torn apart. I did not notice that until I got home and the service center was closed. By far the worse service center experience I have ever uncountered. I am currently starting my search for my next Jeep and was considering Summit but am strongly thinking about going elsewhere again due to this experience. More

We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram with 93,000 miles on 1/5/2022. We were told from our sales person Marty that the vehicle was in good condition and always kept up do to it being a leased vehicle. He also advised us Summit Auto had an upstanding name and would work with us if anything went wrong with the vehicle. We provided Summit Automotive with a $26,000 check to purchase the Dodge Ram. On 1/22/23 the engine went completely out and we did not purchase the extended warranty. Summit originally was asking for about 11,200 for a used engine although to help us out they said they would drop the price to $10,000. In addition they would be more then happy to give us 7,000 for the truck as a trade in. Really, thanks for nothing! The vehicle also had several issues prior to them selling it to us that they did not disclose. The vehicle now has 106,000 miles and is valued at $19,000. In addition none of the repairs were mentioned to us on the car fax they provided to us. We didn’t expect them to fix this for free but they definitely could have came down more on there labor charge of $190.00 per hour. I’m sure Marty or sales person got a nice commission check. More
My experience was mostly with Marty. My time with him was not wasted. He was efficient and did an excellent job at dealing with the contract. Working with Jamie is great, she is responsive and does her best to find vehicles as we need them. Not thrilled with the dealership still charging a Market Adjustment, that ship has sailed for most other her best to find vehicles as we need them. Also, seem to have a difference in opinion regarding the tagging process and when Summit can do temp tags. Policy is different than any other, Fleet savvy, partner we work with. More
