I sensed that Tim from finance had a lot on his plate - but not because of anything he said or did. I just know from my own past experience. If I am right, he engaged in extra conversation with me as one would with someone they know. Very relaxed and casual. He helped me decide to purchase the extended service contract which initially I was inclined to decline. Now I am glad I did it. That is it for now. I look forward to working with their service team. Even though they did not have it on their lot...they were able to obtain it from amother Chrysler dealer and get it for me the next day. Saved me all the hassle of having to shop around and look online etc. Chris also sat down and went over all of my options and gave me my best buy it now price immediately. ..there was no reason to barter. They are very honest and Tim the finance guy was very smart and friendly . This dealership just goes to show why places like Van Horn in Plymouth shouldn't even be able to call themselves a dealership as they are into deceitful and malicious tactics etc....a real dealership is what you get when you enter Summit Automotive. Unbelievably simple~ I have previously purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers. First in 2010, and traded in for a new 2012 (I commuted 90 miles per day and traded before the miles add I have previously purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers. First in 2010, and traded in for a new 2012 (I commuted 90 miles per day and traded before the miles added up). I purchased both vehicles from a dealership in Madison. Both times myself and my husband sat in the dealers showroom for HOURS, most of the time we just sat waiting and waiting between conversations between the manager and my sales person. Both times it took multiple visits and multiple days. Bearing in mind I did some online shopping prior to coming to Summit, I knew the vehicle I was interested in purchasing but hadn't driven one (I purchased a Renegade). I wasn't planning on visiting on Saturday morning, I was dropping off my friends dogs at a boarding kennel as she had to go out of town for a funeral. I was within 14 miles of Summit (I live in Beaver Dam the kennel is in Waupan) and decided to check out the color I thought I would like which was only available at Summit in Fond du Lac. I drove onto the lot, was offered help within minutes and my wish to just look around and read the "stats" was graciously honoured. A short time later I asked to test drive the Renegade. I drove the Jeep Renegade around 10:00am, discussed my trade-in options (I have two vehicles to trade-in a Jeep and a Saab(I traded the Jeep will sell the Saab outright), by noon I was driving home to empty my Jeep put my back seat in, my commute was an hour and 30 minutes, I showered, and my husband rode along. I signed papers and left with my new Jeep in time to join my family for a fish fry in Juneau! Sean is such a nice guy, patient, knowledgeable, informative, I felt like he listened to me and my circumstance of having 2 vehicles. He offered unbiased advise which allowed me to make confident financing decisions. I am so impressed with the entire experience~ For the buyer, it's a big deal buying a "big ticket item". We enjoyed the no haggle atmosphere, the price is what it is. The dealership was very good about working out any details for the truck that we were looking for, and explaining the pricing structure. We even ended up financing with them, as they were able to get us almost an entire percent lower than our bank. In the end we purchased a totally different truck, than the first one that we intended to buy. Their selection was fantastic. The team stayed late on a Friday night to close out the transaction and allow us to leave with the truck the same day. Again, this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a Dealership! More
