Ben, we're sorry you feel the experience was not a 5 star one. Unfortunately, the day we had to deliver your vehicle to you was in the snow, and with the type of vehicle you purchased it wasn't compatible to handle the conditions outside during the time. Our drivers felt horrible as this was the first time anything like that has happened for us. We immediately communicated with you the process we had to take to make sure we got your vehicle fixed and to you in the timely manner we could provide you with.
