Face to Face service sucks. I gicve 3 stars because the actual mechanical service and prompt time it was done was great. When I came to get the vehicle I was ignored by the service people behind the counter. When I spoke up and asked to be served I was greeted with an attitude of just wait I am busy. Maybe more time learning how to interact with people instead of your computer would improve your rating. What a shame that a nice clean shop that provided quick service will not be visited again due to poor service people behind the counter. More

Exellent Service We called the dealership on Friday asking about a vehicle to see if it was still there before we drove down from Appleton. When we got there on Satur We called the dealership on Friday asking about a vehicle to see if it was still there before we drove down from Appleton. When we got there on Saturday they had the vehicle up front and warming up for us to test drive. The service we recieved was top notch just like Bergstom.
