Buyers beware! So, me and my better half drive through Fond Du Lac, WI about a month ago and there we see a truck we are very interested in on their lot. We stop in So, me and my better half drive through Fond Du Lac, WI about a month ago and there we see a truck we are very interested in on their lot. We stop in to take it for a test drive and happen to love it! Moving one month forward, we decided to attempt to buy it. We first check the website and there it is, still available (after sitting for about 3 months on the lot, according to carguru.com) I call in to make an offer and told the sales person to deliver my offer to his sales manager so we can start the conversation/negotiation to finalize the sale. I waited all day, later that evening I received a phone call from the same sales person stating that the truck has been sold for the full asking price and that the pricing was on the mark and proceeded to lecture me on how the price is where it needs to be. He then proceeded to offer to look at other trucks that would match my offer price, not what I truly wanted. At that point, it seemed like he was more into me spending my money at their dealership not on what I was interested in. I kindly declined and told him I was not interested. I explained I was looking for something very particular and there is nothing else on his lot that is of interest to me. Me and my better half proceeded to look for a similar truck online and to our surprise, that exact truck from the same dealership continued to pop up as available. So I had my better half send an availability request on their website to test drive their truck and perhaps buy it. The very next day, she received a text stating, "Yes, the truck is still available. When would you like to take it for a test drive." (Crazy, isn't it!?!?!) So we call the sales person who contacted my better half by text and I explain the situation to him. I ask him kindly to look into the situation and why I was mislead the day before about the truck being sold when in actuality, it wasn't. Was it a cheap sales tactic to want me to spend my money that I offered for the truck I wanted on another truck on their lot to avoid negotiation? So the sales person gets back to me with another crazy made up story that the sales person from the night before was confused and yes, the truck was not sold BUT they have sold a different truck to another customer that would not work for him so they left a message with that customer to try to move his deposit to the truck I was interested in so perhaps it would be sold to that customer. In many other words, I was once again told that the truck was not available anymore. Here I am going through my day and in the evening when I came home, I proceeded my search for another truck. Lord behold, the truck is back again in another search! I sent ANOTHER availability request online and there I am being told AGAIN that it is available and when would I like to come in for a test drive. (See screenshot attached below) So the moral of the story is that the place is run by unexperienced, uncaring, arrogant, sleazy sales people. I am not sure if the owner or general manager know what's going on in the shop and how his customers are being treated. You never know who walks through your door. I happen to be a business owner with a large fleet of trucks who happens to spend a lot of money on buying trucks every year. This year I spent about $300,000 in fleet upgrades, but rest assure I would not buy my personal vehicles or fleet vehicles from Summit. I hope this helps. Make a better choice, because your money has a better value to someone somewhere else. More

Harrison, my sales person was very informative regarding the Jeep line. . Randy was great to work with in finance. He hit my target payment, and took the extra time to go over a few things twice when needed. I think I've found my new dealership to work with for years to come.
