Tom was our salesperson and he was very friendly and helpful, and took care of an allignment before our deal was settled. Our only negative that we have to note is the time we spent waiting, between credit approval, trade in appraisal, and in between. As a salesperson myself, I believe the process could have been more streamlined, given this was our second experience there. We had to fill out a new credit app (which we could have done at home the day before, had we known). They could have also asked about the trade in vehicle and started on the appraisal process. These comments are nothing that will prevent us from returning for our next purchase, rather just some notes that might be helpful. So far, both vehicles have been problem-free. More
