You only get so much time in life, don't waste it here. Rude Quite rude; I was inquiring about a truck that has been on their lot for 222 days. To be brief they sent me the automated email to get ahold of me and then I replied to that email and the generic "welcome from some manager etc etc," neither replied so then I called Chris Holmes. He did not know much about the truck but said it is older and he cannot guarantee its long-term survival but it is priced almost $8k more than similar trucks because it has extras. I would get a warranty but that would void a lot since the car has been customized so repairs will cost more. You would think that the car being there for so long they would want to work with people, but I guess that is how things are done in Wisconsin. Lesson I learned, customizations are not my choice and they should not increase the cost of the car but actually decrease it. Again, to cut the long story. Shoddy sales people who cannot communicate well. The email reply I did get was rude and short and said look elsewhere if you don't like their prices. When you are buying from another state, you want the best sales person you can find and this is not it. I would give a two star but I feel I should continue with the prior reviews and tell it like it is. I do not want a generic sorry reply either from the manager; you are try to give the best service and have the best staff you would not have gotten this review. Goodbye from Ohio. More

They have an excellent waiting area for customers with snacks, TV and even Wi-Fi stations for those who need. My husband worked for Chrysler for many years so I've been to many dealerships. This is by far one of the best I've ever been in. I had a couple of complaints, thus my rating of 4 stars, however I know that no place is perfect and this is by far one of the best in the state. In fact, I drive 90 minutes one way every time I go there... that should say something! I highly recommend Summit Automotive! More
