Great waiting room Waiting room was great. Had nice places to sit and watch tv, read a magazine while drinking free coffee, hot coco and eating free cookies. There was a Waiting room was great. There was an hour and a half wait but that was due to it being on a Saturday and it was packed. They were upfront about the wait time and did not try to hide it.
