lack of return call Went in for scheduled oil change and to have speaker looked at in rear drivers side door. Speaker was buzzing so I asked if they had one in stock to r Went in for scheduled oil change and to have speaker looked at in rear drivers side door. Speaker was buzzing so I asked if they had one in stock to replace mine. They replaced speaker and did oil change , said everything was complete. I got in to drive off noticed stereo station was changed so I new they listened to it. Not 200 feet down road speaker was buzzing worse then before. Came back and asked if they actually changed speaker because its worse. Service person came out to truck and within 20 seconds could tell it wasn't fixed. Said dodge had to authorize repair to panel, he would call back maybe even that day. That was over a week ago. No call no email, they have my number. Not happy. More

Great customer service. Really went the extra mile. Was in the market for a new vehicle recently. Bought a new Chrysler Town and Country from Kraig a few years ago and was very helpful. He accommodated our every need in getting a different vehicle because my wife had been in a car accident at the time. So when it came time recently to purchase a new truck for work it was an easy decision to go back to Kraig. Kraig and I went over what I was looking for. Being my first new vehicle to drive I was very interested in the flame red 2500 ram. Kraig found me one. He let me use it over the weekend and early this week we finished the deal up. He was helpful in answering all the questions. I will continue to work with Kraig in the future when needing to update our vehicles both personally and for work. Pleasant experience The dealership was very helpful in every aspect of the trade-in to leasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I had already worked with another deal The dealership was very helpful in every aspect of the trade-in to leasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I had already worked with another dealership on figuring out my next vehicle, but they didn't offer enough for my trade-in to earn my business. When I contacted Summit, it was immediately suggested as a 1st step, prior to stepping foot in the dealership, that I go onto the Jeep website & build my vehicle. I did so & then there was also a link to "find my vehicle". It brought me 3 options & one was the exact color combo that I had chosen, along with the option packages that I had built. Once I got to the dealership, they laid out leasing options on that particular vehicle & made an initial trade in offer. The trade in offer was a bit low, according to Kelley Blue Book, but we were able to get to an acceptable number from there. The next day they got to work securing that vehicle from a dealership 60 miles away & had it @ their dealership the next day for delivery. Throughout the process, the communication was superb. They really are focused on customer service. Brock, is a superstar on the frontline & the rest of his team backed him up 100%. I was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction and I'm sure the service from here forward will be the same. More

Unhappy Hands down the worst service I've ever had. Had oil changed which usually includes topping off fluids. Had a couple of check engine lights on and they are still on. I will never take my truck to them again for service. More
