Very pleasant shopping experience I have to say that in 40+ years of buying cars, my visit to Summit Automotive in Fond du Lac has to rate in the top two. I set up an appointment on short notice to look at a couple different vehicles. My sales associate, Tom Williamson had the vehicles ready for me to look over and drive. He was very well informed about the vehicle features and answered all my questions. I decided to purchase one, and Tom and also Tim in finance got everything prepped in short order, including evaluating my trade. Very low stress, very well organized team...all in all one of the nicest and fair shopping experiences I have had at an auto dealership. Kudos for a job well done Summit! More

Best car dealer experience ever. I absolutely dread walking into a dealership to buy a vehicle, but this time was different. Most of the deal was done on the phone and Sean Smith was I absolutely dread walking into a dealership to buy a vehicle, but this time was different. Most of the deal was done on the phone and Sean Smith was up-front and honest from the start. There were no surprises when I arrived to consummate the deal. I could have driven 20 miles to the nearest dealership but instead drove 200 miles and saved over $2000. Randy Sabel handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to work with. This is the only dealership I have ever worked with that I would recommend without hesitation. More
