Business Department had our purchase contract squared away and we were out of there in under 15 minutes. A minor issue came up with the vehicle, and even though there was no legal obligation since it was a used purchase with no warranty, Summit stood behind their product and made it right. There Service Department had me in and out in less time than they thought it would took, with their Service Advisor, Paul Sieloff explaining what was going on every step of the way. This was easiest automobile purchase I have ever made, and far and away the most pleasant. Very happy to have purchased from Summit and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family, as well purchase my next vehicle from them. More
