If you want to pay way over the odds go here Having researched trucks and prices, I contacted Tim via online chat to see if they were willing to deal. He said no they are a fixed price (expensiv Having researched trucks and prices, I contacted Tim via online chat to see if they were willing to deal. He said no they are a fixed price (expensive) deal. The truck I was looking at was near $31k NADA came up with about $23k and KBB $24k to a bit over $28K. Dealer seemed unconcerned that truck was priced out of line with anyone else. I questioned this to try and help their business and was told "...NADA is a great tool but we price based on replacement value". Replacement value? They would go to an auction and pay $31k for a car that isn't worth that retail or I can bet they would not give anyone $31k for a trade in. Anyway this place defies logic so I will let them keep their overpriced truck. More

My salesman, Dan Tinsley, was knowledgeable and worked hard to get the information we needed to help us decide on our purchase. Business Department had our purchase contract squared away and we were out of there in under 15 minutes. A minor issue came up with the vehicle, and even though there was no legal obligation since it was a used purchase with no warranty, Summit stood behind their product and made it right. There Service Department had me in and out in less time than they thought it would took, with their Service Advisor, Paul Sieloff explaining what was going on every step of the way. This was easiest automobile purchase I have ever made, and far and away the most pleasant. Very happy to have purchased from Summit and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family, as well purchase my next vehicle from them. More
