Buying my Jeep My car was totaled in an accident and I was feeling less than enthusiastic about having to purchase a vehicle, knowing what a long process it can be. I walked in was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk (Jennifer was her name) I told her about what had happened, she was so nice about it! I was then greeted by a very nice man Jake Robert's. I told him he had sent me an email about a Renegade the night before and i was very interested in that SUV. He knew who I was and said " Let's pull it up front for you" I test drove it and , of course, fell in love with it. He even let me take it home overnight so I could show my husband! The next day we came back and purchased it. It was smooth and easy and fast and I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep. Thank you Jake Roberts ,Colin Choby(in financing) and Jennifer at the front desk ...you guys rock! More

Complicated made easy I worked with Jake D. and he was awesome if helping us find the right vehicle for us and really being patient with my indecisiveness. After getting home, decided there were a few more options we wanted that this truck didn’t have. We drove that one back and picked out a different one.
