Lost a sale...bad customer service Not a place I would recommend for anyone looking to get a car from. Worked with them for over a week on a car. Was all set to make the purchase when we were told that car is gone and sold the same day under us. Also was told since it was gone they wouldn’t run the credit check form we had just submitted only to get a letter in the mail letting us know they in fact did run it anyway. When we emailed letting them know that they lied about it and didn’t think it was right. What did they do? Call and ask if they could sell us a car!!!! We ended up going to a different dealership and it was night and day customer service between the two. We wasted so much time at this place. DO NOT go here if you want to get a good deal or customer service. More

Buying my Jeep My car was totaled in an accident and I was feeling less than enthusiastic about having to purchase a vehicle, knowing what a long process it can be. My car was totaled in an accident and I was feeling less than enthusiastic about having to purchase a vehicle, knowing what a long process it can be. I walked in was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk (Jennifer was her name) I told her about what had happened, she was so nice about it! I was then greeted by a very nice man Jake Robert's. I told him he had sent me an email about a Renegade the night before and i was very interested in that SUV. He knew who I was and said " Let's pull it up front for you" I test drove it and , of course, fell in love with it. He even let me take it home overnight so I could show my husband! The next day we came back and purchased it. It was smooth and easy and fast and I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep. Thank you Jake Roberts ,Colin Choby(in financing) and Jennifer at the front desk ...you guys rock! More
