Horrible customer service with manager and assistsnt!! My car died and I smelled burning wires. I was able to pull it into a jail trip. I called my husband and he thought it was the battery. We bought a new one and he installed it and I instantly started to smell the burning smell. He unhooked it and we decided to call this dealership because it was close. Bad idea. Should have taken it to Sheboygan Chrysler where they treat people with respect. There were recalls on the Dodge Chargers and they were starting on fire. I had a bumper to bumper warranty and in hindsight should have taken it to Sheboygan & wouldn't have bought battery. The asst manager wanted to charge me to get the new battery out ad they couldn't in lack the trunk! Idiots. I was able to crawl into the trunk and pull a lever on the inside. Told him I wouldn't pay for it and asked to speak to the manager! She was worse then him! I will never go back. Awful people and worse customer service!!! More

My Chevy half ton extended cab just wasn't big enough for my two children in carseats and the workload of my family farm. Much like most of the world these days, I did the majority of my shopping online, which led me to my experience with Brock over at Summit. From the first inquiry about the vehicle to the final handshake as I drove it home, Brock and his professionalism were top notch. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Brock was a down to earth guy who didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need/want. I had my mind set on a particular vehicle and he took the necessary steps to make sure that I got what I was looking for in a new truck. What I was most impressed with during my interaction with Brock was his responsiveness and timely updates every step of the process. He took the time to make the purchase more personal than just a business transaction and for that I would highly recommend him to anyone on search of a new vehicle. More
