Do not trust this dealership, the general manager is as dishonest as they come. I bought a 2016 Ford f350 dually from them, all the paperwork was completed. The loan was financed through my own credit union, they deposited my down payment, had my trade in truck and needed to replace the tires and clock spring before I could leave with the truck I had bought, so they gave me a loaner for a day. They offered to match the 3k 3 month warranty another dealer had offered. We were on a tight schedule due to leaving on our trip. The next day they were supposed to drop off my truck which I had bought and pick up the loaner by noon. By 4 pm I had to call them to find out what was going on. At 6 pm I got a call back saying the brake booster went out and it would cost them 2000 to replace, (188 part at autozone) and they were afraid that the truck would not be dependable and could not sell the truck anymore and would call me back about returning my trade in truck. No call that day. I drove in the next morning, 1.5 hours each way, to get my hitch and see what was going on. Their mechanic refused to give me the keys to the truck I had bought. The Manger returned my loan to EECU stating the truck was not being sold because "it was not up to dealer standards." Fast forward 3 days, the truck is posted on the site again for sale, same price, etc. I call they tell me it's a mistake, so a few hours later I have a couple friends call to see if it's available and if they can come check it out. They were told yes by Austin and another salesman and pushed hard to get them to come buy the truck. Secondary note, while in the finance office dealing with my credit union, the general manager came in because a mechanic had quit the night before, who had bought a vehicle from them. He told the finance guy in front of me that if he even had a gut feeling the mechanic won't get financing then to get the vehicle back immediately. I'm currently looking for a lawyer to deal with them at this point. More

Service Department is terrible. Took vehicle in to get repaired, told service department what it was doing, was told what repairs would have to be made. $4,000 later, picked up the vehicle and it didn’t m repaired, told service department what it was doing, was told what repairs would have to be made. $4,000 later, picked up the vehicle and it didn’t make it one day before the same issue popped up. Took it back and paid more money only to be told they didn’t fix the problem because it never happened while they drove it. Picked it up same problem next day.......contacted dealership and they had their money and really could care less about fixing vehicle. Sorry excuse for a repair shop. More

This was the easiest auto buy I ever did. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We drove 5 hours to get there and it was well worth the ride. I felt at ease and we are now Ram 1500 owners.
