What really stood out was how quick and efficient everything was. With a baby at home, we needed the process to be fast, and Phil made that happen seamlessly. We told him exactly what we were looking for over the phone, and he came back with the perfect option..which is the truck we ended up purchasing! Phil was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He truly listened and guided us in the right direction. He also gave great advice on how to preserve the truck’s value, including recommending undercoating. On top of that, we were even able to get running boards included at no extra cost, which was a huge bonus! I absolutely love my new truck and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. After a two-year car search, my husband and I were lucky to have crossed paths with Phil at Northwest Hill GMC. Were it not for Phil, I would be spending another year car shopping. I am so grateful to him f to have crossed paths with Phil at Northwest Hill GMC. Were it not for Phil, I would be spending another year car shopping. I am so grateful to him for providing us with the kind of service we needed to feel comfortable in making such a large purchase. Phil went over and above, even delivering our new vehicle! Phil's patience, knowledge, and commitment to our search made gave us the confidence we needed to finally by the right vehicle. As a woman, I have often been "dismissed" by salesmen during the car-buying process. I will and have walked away from dealerships if disrespected. Phil is not that guy.
