We walked into Northwest Auto and were welcomed to the dealership, not attacked, as we often have experienced when car shopping. The no pressure, calming demeanor of each and every employee we dealt with was enormously appreciated. My son was searching for a car with a very limited budget in mind and we were presented with a few options that fit his criteria. There was little room to negotiate on his part as he had a bottom line, out the door price. We were pleasantly surprised after some concerns on my (his mom's) part, whether his chosen vehicle was a right fit. We were reassured by all that the choice was and will be a great first car for him. This 23 year old young man is "over the moon" thrilled with his 2006 Chevy Equinox. I hope he has many miles of memories and the security of knowing he was sold a very sound and reliable car. Thanks to Dave, Kevin, Tim and Darren who made this such a great experience for both of us! Didn't play games- I inquired over the internet that I wanted to buy a white Enclave asap and they followed up, responded to all questions and concerns, and made me want to do business with them. Other competitors did everything they could to get me in the store without speaking about the cost of ownership-- probably what folks are taught, but you have to know your customer and this is not what I wanted. They lost a good opportunity to sell a car... and some were local; they lost the opp to service a customer too and this is a bigger deal. Megan and David found me what I wanted and offered me a good price and we went there that day and purchased. David did a great job listening to what we were looking for and realized we were buyers, not just kicking tires. My credit union offered me a nice financing rate and Darren did everything he could to match it- he got me a great rate. Darren educated us on the warranties, but did not try to strong-arm us... it would not have happened and it would have taken away from a perfect car buying experience. Again, he read the customer and was right... Can't say enough; just a great experience. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours and this included trading in a car through Autotrader.. These guys care and are a class act- if you are going to buy a Chevy, Buick, or a Cadillac, I'd highly recommend calling Dave Paolino and his team at Northwest. Hopefully, I won't have to for a while with my new Enclave. More
