Just one suggestion: it would be nice to have a full tank of gas in the vehicle upon accepting delivery. Having to pump gas before getting it home took a bit of fun out of the event - and considering the cost of the vehicle, it was somewhat expected, but this was the only "negative" part of the experience.

At the time of this response, you and I have had a telephone conversation and have discussed how this was handled by our dealership and by Cadillac. And while it did take just over 1 business day, I believe that we have come up with a satisfactory resolution to your concerns with your vehicle. It is my understanding that you will also be hearing from a representative from Cadillac shortly. Again, I am very sorry for the aggravation and frustration that you and your wife experienced from this encounter. I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. Unfortunately, in order to obtain the best possible financing scenario, the circumstances did require us to submit your application for credit to several banks. Then when you added a co-maker, that required the applications to be submitted once again. It's actually a common practice in the industry...but perhaps we could have communicated the details of the process to you better in advance which could have helped the situation.
