Our most recent service visit left us needing a loaner vehicle for the day and we were pleasantly surprised to be loaned a brand new Cadillac SUV…sweet ride and a great way to check out Cadillac for a possible purchase in the future. i admit that I approach car dealers with a little hesitation but as far as I could tell they were honest with me and treated me right. i was looking for a specific vehicle and they had what i wanted hesitation but as far as I could tell they were honest with me and treated me right. i was looking for a specific vehicle and they had what i wanted so they didn't have to push it on me. this was the first time I bought a vehicle out of state but they made the process easy and took care of anything that was a potential problem. CT does add some fees that i haven't seen before but that's not the dealership's fault and they made me aware of it ahead of time. More

I had previously purchased my Bolt EUV from Nelson two years ago, and after seeing the Blazer SS in person at the NY Autoshow I had to test drive one. I saw one had just came in there, and Nelson was more than accommodating. Working through the process of trade in, numbers, and in this case tons of EV related rebates, discounts, and other items that were tough, but Nelson made it work and helped us navigate through them ultimately getting us the best deal and the special promo financing. They were also very accommodating in waiting for me to get down payment money in order and making the deal happen fast and quick once that was set so I had my Blazer SS to enjoy for the weekend!
