I’ve been a little frustrated with my AMG E63 since I purchased it, as I have a had a few minor issues requiring visits to you for service, and coming from Charleston, it’s time-consuming. Today’s stop was really exceptional. You finished the car much quicker than I expected, and didn’t charge me for a vehicle to use while it was being serviced. When I went out to my vehicle to leave and found it washed, I was blown away. That is exceptional service, and I’m thankful and impressed. He communicated several times during the two days keeping me completely updated. Because there were several warranty repairs Mark had to communicate with GMC several times to get approvals. I would recommend Sullivan-Parkhill Chevrolet to anyone for a purchase or repair. I do not worry about the job not being done right but I wish it did cost less but such are the times. Went in for used vehicle, was offered 5900 less for my trade, which was 3900 less than kelly blue book trade in value. Were treated like we were young and naive. They also tried to change the list price b trade, which was 3900 less than kelly blue book trade in value. Were treated like we were young and naive. They also tried to change the list price by saying it was cash only price and said since we were trying to finance, the price would be 3000 more so a vehicle that was listed at 20990 was now 28987 after they upped the price and added in my negative equity. The trade in offer they gave us was $10,000. Retail value for my car is $17,270. SO that is a 7000 profit before they add their profit from the sale of the vehicle. I walked out and said I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to do the same. They are very shady and do not care about their customers. More
