Service after the sale is a very important feature to me and is far more important to me than saving an extra $100 somewhere else. Their pricing is always very competitive and they go the extra mile for their customers. You can feel confident buying from Sullivan Parkhill More
Art and George have been doing this for a long time, and they know how to take care of a customer. My wife and I walked in convinced we knew what we were going to get, what we wanted to pay, and how we wer they know how to take care of a customer. My wife and I walked in convinced we knew what we were going to get, what we wanted to pay, and how we were going to finance. While Art and George did nothing to change our mind in our choice of vehicle, they did however get us into a upgraded version at a great price. As USAA members we expected to save money, and get great financing through our buying club. Art and George were able to BEAT out low rate, and were able to BEAT our final expected sale price. They say you get what you pay for, but the service we received was second to none. We will buy another car here when the time comes! More
The experience we had was unbeleivable. It was nice to have someone listen to our needs and what we want to have in a vehicle. Just from listening Samm and Kelly showed us exactly what we wanted. The cu have someone listen to our needs and what we want to have in a vehicle. Just from listening Samm and Kelly showed us exactly what we wanted. The customer service that was shown to us from Samm and Kelly is what everyone should experience. We have purchased from Sullivan's for a number of years and with the service that are still shown we will continue for years to come. What was even more unbeleivable is that we left with two vehicles that day and that should tell you something about Kelly and Samm. Kelly new what we needed to have and found us the best rates which worked out perfectly for us financially. They even stayed after closing to make sure that we were comfortable and had all our questions answered. Not once were we even pressured or felt uncomfortable. I have done nothing but tell everyone the experience we had and that they should visit Samm and Kelly at Sullivan's to purchase their next vehicle. The day we had was top noch and we can't thank them enough. Thanks You Guys!! We love our Silverado and Equinox! More

They were super nice, very cooperative and gave me exactly what I wanted. I had to order the car I wanted and George and Mike kept me informed on where my car was at all times. Even though I was impatient sometimes, they reasured me it would be here soon. I absolutely LOVE my new Chevy Convertible Camaro!!! When I went to pick it up, Mike showed me everything in the car and how it worked. He even set up my bluetooth for me. I had the best men at Sullivan's helping me out. Everything was perfec; price, salesmen, and service. I love my car! Thanks Mike and George!!! Let's Drive!!! More
We just moved to Illinois from North Carolina. The first time we came to the dealership-- it was late at night and pouring rain- and out came Samm to greet us. Can I help you? Yes. We are looking for a Cor time we came to the dealership-- it was late at night and pouring rain- and out came Samm to greet us. Can I help you? Yes. We are looking for a Corvette. He invited us in to see the car on the showroom floor. A convertible- just waiting to be taken home. From the first time I saw the car I knew I had to have that car. We bought the car the next night. They were "right on" with the price. Kelly got the financing. We also get our car's serviced at Sullivans. Everyone is friendly, polite, and care about the customers. They will give you a ride home and call you when the car is ready and come back and pick you up to get your car. The Service department is always on tme with the appointment and can work arouond your schedule. As of today we have bought a Chevy Silverado-truck, and Sliverado- extended cab- and 2011 Equinox and just last week I e-mail- the site and requested information on the new camaro and George answered my e-mail on a Sunday-- on Tuesday I bought a new Orange Camaro-- they have always gone out of the way to make the deal work. Kelly will hunt for the best interest rate and make your payment work. Sullivans- Parkhills is the best in the area ! More
My fiance and I bought a car two weeks ago , Kelly in finance department claimed we had to buy GAP insurance , had to buy a warranty , and had to pay car payments with auto pay.I thought it was strange b finance department claimed we had to buy GAP insurance , had to buy a warranty , and had to pay car payments with auto pay.I thought it was strange but hey they appeared like honest people (Dang I was wrong).I went to add car on my insurance and found out state farm would pay off entire car including money in my pocket , so after I called Kelly to request cancelling gap insurance to save me 500 bucks in the end , she said no you cant the finance company wont allow it.So my fiance and I called and requested to speak to owner ., after leaving 3-4 messages (no call back) mr. David parkhill finally returnd me call leaves a voicemail (if you don't keep gap insurance you need to bring car bag).I was blown away that a business owner would talk to a customer like that.So after that I called finance company and asked why they require us to carry gap insurance.Lynn from acceptance corp. told me they don't require gap insurance , I said huh that is strange I looked at paper work kelly made us sign and yes it says gap insurance is optional. So I called dealer back and talked to George longfellow and asked why was I lied to , he says oh mr Evans we require you to have it , then I said when bank sends you check you're done with it why would require this , why don't you say hey we lied to you and now will let you cancel it , he got mad because I busted him and said forget deal we'll take the car back and give you money back , I knew he couldn't really make me bring it back but I'd prefer not deal with dishonest companies like this so I happily brought it back.So buyer beware bring lube , and boots. After negotiating we were able to get the exact price that was appropriate fo our new Malibu. We knew what we wanted and he took us directly to it. After negotiating we were able to get the exact price that was appropriate for our new car. He then spent alot of time going over the car with my wife and showing her all of the options. He even connected her phone to the blue tooth for us. I will recommend Sullivan-Parkhill and especially Will to all of our friends and family for their next vehicle purchase. More
I'm writing my experience as a positive and not as criticism, just to preface. My wife and I were greeted in a positive manner to setup an appointment to repair the Air Conditioner on wife's Benz, criticism, just to preface. My wife and I were greeted in a positive manner to setup an appointment to repair the Air Conditioner on wife's Benz, using the extended warranty. We asked about the repair being covered under warranty and were assured it is still in warranty. A few days later I dropped the car off for our appointment, again greeted in a very welcoming fashion. Asking again about the warranty and any issues with it. Was told that the warranty is still in effect till June 11th 2011 no problem. Nothing was mentioned by the service manager (whom I was speaking to)anything different. Was not told before hand this was classified as a maintenance issue and there would be a charge for this service and not covered under the warranty. I felt very misled when finding a charge for $270 because it had "leaked" out 95% of it's freon and was a considered a maintenance issue and not a warranty issue. If I had known that from the very start of the appointment, I would have fixed it myself as a licensed and certified heating and cooling mechanic. I never received any call or notions that it was any other than a warranty issue. Besides if I install a product and it fails or leaks in the warranty period there is no charge to customer unless neglect is involved. Why would I think any different? Rose Jones was no help as she was whom I asked about the warranty to start with and was the one asking for the $270 in repairs. I asked to speak with her manager, was introduced to Ken Moerdyk the General Sales Manager. This was a very good experience as he listened to my complaint then asked me a few questions about how to make the customers experience better. Plainly put, inform the customer up front that charges would occur for this type of repair as it is a maintenance issue and not a warranty (extended warranty) issue. Then the customer can make a quality decision. I would have fixed it myself with no problems and saved the $270, others would have had the work done but not surprised by a bill at the end of the day. Ken agreed with me and removed the charges and asked if there was anything else that would keep me from coming back for service or to make a purchase? I feel both Ken and I learned from this experience and felt I was treated very fair. Ken is an upstanding person, well to work with and hope maybe someday we can swing a new ride when wife's Benz or my BMW wears out. Overall a good experience. Was treated better overall at Sullivan's Parkhill than Twin City BMW. Buy with confidence and ask for Ken Moerdyk, a person I would like to know better as a personally. Thank you Ken. Dave H More
I was treated very well at Sullivan Parkhill. The employees I named, I felt, went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car I bought and to patiently answer all my questions. I appreciate dealers who listen to what I want, instead of trying to sell me what they want to sell. I also appreciate dealers who are not ignoring my wife, but are selling to both of us, and confirm that of trying to sell me what they want to sell. I also appreciate dealers who are not ignoring my wife, but are selling to both of us, and confirm that both of us are interested in what we are looking for. I've gone to dealers who would actually ignore my wife, but then when I come over, they are immediately ready to sell to me. Sullivan has NEVER done that, and that's why we keep coming back to them.
