I have done business with this dealership for the last 10 years, and just keep going back. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years (48 since 1994), and have visited most of the dealers in Champaig years, and just keep going back. For the last 10 years I have returned to this dealer because of the excellent treatment that you get at each and every visit. Customer service with this dealer is always #1. They roll out the red carpet, so to speak, always the Royal Treatment with all the trimmings. You will not get a better deal from any other dealer around. I feel like a part of the family each time I visit. I have purchased from both Sullivan-Parkhill Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC, as well as the Mercedes/Volvo side, and have purchased many a vehicle from this dealer, and have always gotten the best deal. I can not say enough about these people! IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A DEALER THAT YOU CAN TRUST, WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT DEAL, AND HAS THE INTEGRITY OF ROYALTY, THEN VISIT SULLIVAN-PARKHILL NOW! I feel proud driving my new Cadillac XTS with the name Sullivan-Parkhill stamped on the back. 5 Stars is not enough credit for this dealer. This is the worst purchasing experience I ever had. In their manger's email, they said their salesman treated the customer with respect, but the sales guy never did. The saleman just push you to purchase a used car instead of a new one, saying that the new car's price is firm and fixed and offering just $500 off the over-priced used car's price. I come to another city and get a malibu instead, which is more than $1000 lower. More

I thought Samm did a good job i liked that we rode in the new vehicle together and we also rode in the one i traded in. I feel sullivans did a good job on negotiating the price of a new vehicle and was also new vehicle together and we also rode in the one i traded in. I also thought that after we took the vehicle back for some nitrogen in the tires and some fabricoat on the seats that it was very clean and looked nice. I am completely blown away by the time and attention given to me. My Sales Rep, Josh worked diligently with the Sales Manager. When I walked in to take delivery of my new truck there were NO surprises, I was treated with respect and appreciation. I had been looking online at the new camaro's, and stumpled on an Awsome looking black camaro located at Sullivan-Parkhill's lot, so July 5th I made that car mine Thanks to Josh Hinkle! Josh greeted me with a great smile, and a firm handshake, and asked me,was there anything he could help me with? I pointed the car out to him, and he went over some of the great features this car had going for it. Once that was done it was time to talk "Purchase"! The best part of having a salesman like Josh was his personality, he took the time to answer all my questions, which were alot, and his honesty. I told him what figure I had to have as far as payments, and he made it happen. There was No Pressure, No Hurry to get to the next person, and I admired his profesional way of handling matters. I couldn't pick the car up right away because of my work, but Josh stayed on top of matters through numerous text messages, reassuring me that things were completed and ready to go. I picked the car up finely detailed, and fueled! We sat in my car and went over all the great features, and even provided me with a cheat sheet, incase I needed it, because the excitement was overwhelming!I'm so very proud of my camaro, and Sullivans-Parkhill, and the opportunity to meet Josh Hinkle! Worst dealership I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot. They or the previous owner took out the original radio/cd/sirius system and installed a broken one. I found out when I tried to play a cd and it wouldn't open. Then when I called to have them replace it they refused and told me lies about their "background" check into the system. They offered to send it off but it would be gone for a month and I would be without a radio, phone, etc for the month with no compensation. That was when I first purchased the vehicle. Now that it's the summer I found out the air doesn't work properly. I've only had the vehicle for a matter of months now, I asked them to fix this and they refused saying it's not covered under the warranty even though it's not something that I could've done to break it, it was broken when I bought it. They are terrible at customer service/satisfaction. More
