She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. We want to commend both of these employees to their dedication that honors your reputation. Thank you both! A couple from Ohio More
I purchased online, drove 430miles to pick up my vehicle, the crew at Legacy Collins did a great job of having the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. Staff went over the vehicle with me before delivery. All in all, a great experience with Ashley, Louis, Bradley and Clint ! More

While looking for a new truck I thought I found a wonderful deal. I made an offer to INCLUDE taxes and dealer fees, and they accepted it. I was completely honest about where I was from, what I was lo wonderful deal. I made an offer to INCLUDE taxes and dealer fees, and they accepted it. I was completely honest about where I was from, what I was looking for and what I expected from them. I drove 4 hours from Florida to Mississippi to look at the truck and take it home if everything worked out. I had all of my own financing so the only thing we had to do was agree on a price. After driving 4 hours I arrived to a truck that was filthy and had brake issues. Their attitude was very caviler. They did fix the brake issue and after some more negotiations I agreed to purchase the truck. I love my new truck, but received a huge surprise after having it for about a week. I received a call from my bank to finalize paperwork on the loan. They informed me that it was going to cost me over $900.00 to tag my new truck because the dealer didn't pay the taxes. I called Sullivan Motors to find out what was going on. Their used car manager answered my call promptly and I explained the situation to him. He said he would have to look into it and call me back. I let him know that my bank was waiting on an answer to finalize the paperwork and asked for a quick response. I did not receive a call by 4pm that day so I began leaving messages. The next day I waited until lunch to begin calling again. I called and left several messages at the dealership. I also called his cell phone and was not able to leave messages at all. I did not receive a call back until I let the dealership know that I was going to call every 30 minutes until I got to speak to their used car manager. He finally called back. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He then told me again that he would have to speak to his internet manager about our initial contact because I must be mistaken about the taxes. I asked when I would receive a call back. His answer was by the end of the business day. I waited....no call. I called again the next day around 2 pm. He told me that they were not going to pay the taxes on the truck. That they were not legally allowed to because I lived in Florida (something the knew from the beginning). I reminded him that he knew where I lived and still made the deal and he needed to make it right. He refused again and told me that the bottom line was that they weren't going to do anything. I informed him that they were poor businessmen. They LIED from the beginning. The reason he agreed to pay the taxes was because he doesn't have to pay taxes on vehicles in Mississippi, according to him. I reminded him that I was honest about where I was in the beginning and that he should have informed me that he couldn't pay the taxes from the beginning instead of LYING. Then I could have made a more educated discussion on the truck. So, the short of it is.....If you don't want LIED to by DISHONEST people you should go to a different dealership. I will never return to them or refer anyone to them. More
