Had a new key made for my Honda at this dealership and they promised me the extra key or spare key would be made for me for free at a different date if I wanted to come back. I went back at a later date a they promised me the extra key or spare key would be made for me for free at a different date if I wanted to come back. I went back at a later date and they tried to tell me I had to pay for it. They aren’t all on the same page at this dealership and I had a feeling this would be something I’d deal With when I went back to have the spare made. Disappointed. More

While many claim that having a car serviced at a dealer would mean expecting to be overcharged and with limited customer service, Sullivan Honda Service would prove the naysayers wrong. Initially coordinated with Anthony, the original service manager when when we began our Honda journey, the current service dept. team of Melissa & Nelson, along with their highly qualified technicians, always strive to do the right thing at a competitive rates. If there is or was ever a concern, i could always be assured they will stand by their work. Thank you Sullivan Honda for all the service. Greg More

Air Bag Recall After bringing my Honda Pilot in for an air bag recall, I was shown the work order and was told that my radiator was leaking and it needed to be repla After bringing my Honda Pilot in for an air bag recall, I was shown the work order and was told that my radiator was leaking and it needed to be replaced at a cost of 700-800 dollars. Of course being a woman and knowing nothing about cars, I panicked. Since I didnt have the money to fix it on me at the time, I immediately left there and went to my mechanic to schedule an appointment and have it checked out. Nothing was wrong with my radiator and it wasn't leaking at all. I certainly won't be going back there when I purchase a new Pilot. More

While there, the service technician noticed a soft right front tire. I had picked up a nail. Low and behold, I drove on the soft tire so I needed to replace it. Rather than just order the one tire, I choose to buy 4 from Sullivan Honda. My service rerpresentative was Marissa Greenwood. She was wonderful to work with. Very accomdating, kept me informed of everything, told me what the cost would be. Got the job done in a timely fashion as well. I believe Sullivans has acquired a new customer. More
"Worth the drive to Sullivan's" It all started in 2013 when a friend called us about a great deal at Sullivan Honda. My husband and I took the drive from Waterbury to Torrington the next day with the exact car we wanted. And it was a great deal! Everyone there was so professional and friendly, no pressure.
