I gave the overall experience a three because while waiting for the service work to be completed, I was once again disappointed to not see current magazines for women available for reading. When the dealership was Torrington Honda, there was always a variety of timely magazines for both men and women; now there aren't any for those of us who have to wait. And...this is even more important...I miss having cookies to munch on :) Seriously, it's the little touches that are memorable and tell your customers they are special. I am most happy to see the same staff each time I go in and know that there hasn't been a turnover of familiar faces. Anthony and Matt in the service department are fantastic and I expect to see them each time I'm there. Bob Russo is the best, he's friendly and very helpful. Since I moved to Torrington ten years ago I've purchased a 2009 Civic and leased a 2010 Civic and a 2013 Accord from your dealership. Knowing the employees are treated "right" is one reason I continue to come back...I don't want to drive to Avon or Watertown to purchase/lease/service my cars.
