I spoke to other dealerships and the sales people were apathetic, uncaring, unreliable and ready to go home. I knew that with Sullivan Honda they would work with us and be there for support even after the transaction was complete. Other dealers we've dealt with take your money and say adios. But making the drive totally worth it was the kind, patient, straightforward service I received at Sullivan Honda. Wes Tanner answered my every early question, and responded immediately to my request for lots of photos of the car, so I could see whether it was worth driving so far. Then at the office, Dave Paolino took his time in explaining all options and fees so that I could make informed decisions about them. Tim in financing was equally respectful of my need to think through big decisions, without rushing or pressuring me, despite the growing lateness on a Saturday afternoon. In the end, I feel I received a very fair price for a beautiful, reliable car that I will enjoy for many years. I did not feel manipulated or bullied, but rather was treated with respect.
