We did not get the price we were willing to pay at either of these other dealerships. Then we visited Sullivan Honda and were greeted by Bryan Boyer. Being that we had done our homework and knew the price we wanted, we made an offer and our price was agreed to on the second go around. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. Bryan was the most courteous salesperson we had ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car we purchased and his style was very laid back and professional. He even called us a few days later to see if we had any questions. It was a great experience all around. We are now driving around in our new Honda CRV and loving every minute of it! I will highly recommend this dealership and Bryan Boyer to my family and friends!! I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific model, specific year, manual shift, so I did an online search and found a few dealers within driving range of central MA with the model and year I wanted, and Sullivan seemed to have the best price so I drove out the hour and a half to Torrington, took it for a ride with Dave, noted that it was certified and so had a year of warranty, asked them for their best price, they took my 15-year-old Echo with failing exhaust and 210,000 miles off my hands and gave me something for it as a trade-in; the dealership handled MA registration and sales tax and I gave them a check and drove back to MA before noon with the sharp little Honda Fit. More
