My overall experience was good and speedy. The main part being that with having a fast paced life the whole process went quick. The vehicle I purchased had a few minor scratches but nothing major. If I am in the market for a car again, I will check here. You are the customer and you have the power. If the dealership doesn't make you feel satisfied, get up and leave. Negotiated the price over the phone as we were one hour away plus new car. When we showed up to look at the car and then while signing the contract, it was exactly what Dave quoted over the phone. No dealer additions or surprise fees. We don't get to see such honest car dealers these days. It was more like interacting with a family member, than a car sales person. Appreciate Dave's honesty and personable character. Even though Sullivan is hour away for me, because of this great experience, planning to travel here for all service needs.
