We definitely had some mis-communication initially about what state the sales tax would need to be paid in. After me getting very upset and raising my voice about this situation, the staff and general manager were very willing to work with us in order for us to leave with her car that night! My behavior i hate to admit was less than stellar but the sales people all the way up to to the general manager were calm and professional and assured we would leave with that car!! They worked it all out!! I would highly recommend this dealership as they really want to help their customers. We have purchased 2 cars from them so far and would definitely consider again!!! More
