Friendly, knowledgeable, always got back to me with answers to my questions. Everyone I dealt with was friendly but not smarmy. From Dave to the wonderful gentlemen ( Bill ?) who picked me up so I could get my car. All in all a great experience and best of all I LOVE my CR-V. More
